Bridal Makeup

Having been in the industry for 15 years and worked with hundreds of brides, I understand how important getting your bridal makeup right. Everyone is different when it comes to makeup, but feeling the best version of yourself is something I can help you with.

I travel to you on your wedding morning removing any needless stress of travel time!

Weddings

I recommend booking your trial 3 to 6 months prior to your big day. Trials take place in my studio where we can meet in person and chat about the look you want to achieve.

FAQ’s

Q: When should I book?

A: Your wedding makeup trial is booked roughly 6-9 months before your wedding day. Once you have your wedding dress chosen, you can start to plan your hair and makeup around your dress. Bare in mind that summer weekend slots are the most popular days so these book out quickly for trials.

Q: I don’t wear much make up, what is the best approach?

A: I often feel less is more especially if you don’t wear much makeup. I feel that you can subtly highlight features without using heavy makeup, this is something we will work on at your trial.

Q: I like to use a specific foundation, how does this work for my wedding?

Foundation is such a personal thing and it can be daunting trying something new. In my kit I carry numerous brands, types and shades. Depending on your skin type, colour and coverage preference I will ensure you are happy and that you feel like yourself.

Q: Should I have Facials leading up to my wedding?

A: If your skin has a tendency to break out, is oily or very dry/dehydrated a course of facials will be beneficial. I recommend avoiding new products leading up to your wedding day.

Q: What happens on the morning of the wedding?

A: I aim to have everyone’s makeup done roughly one hour before you are due to leave. This allows time to get into your dress and have a glass of bubbly. I will stay with you until you leave for any final touches.

Q: Is Makeup done before hair?

A: Makeup can be done either before or after your hair.

Q: I want to wear tan for my wedding day, how will this work with my makeup?

A: If you are planning to wear fake tan on your wedding day, try to arrive to your trial wearing your tan of choice, this will give you an idea of how they will work together. Tan can be one of the most disastrous things if it’s not right.

Q:Are lashes included in your price?

A: Yes, Individual temporary lashes are included in the price for all of your Bridal party!
